The RODRET (E2201) is IKEA's two-button wireless dimmer. This driver makes it a native Control4 keypad. The remote joins a CORE controller's Zigbee 3.0 mesh directly, with no IKEA hub and no other gateway in the path.
Pairing happens in Composer: Identify, four presses of the pairing button under the back cover, then any button once. The driver binds the remote's buttons to the controller and Bind Status reads Bound.
From then on each button behaves like a Control4 keypad button. Bind it to a light, a blind, a relay or a scene, program against its events, or test it from the keypad pop-up in Composer exactly as if it had been pressed.

No. The remote joins the CORE controller's own Zigbee 3.0 mesh and talks to the controller directly.
It needs a CORE controller on OS 4.2 or later with its Zigbee server set to Mesh Type Zigbee 3.0. The mesh type can only be chosen when the server is added, and changing it drops every device on the old mesh.
No. The driver matches the RODRET (E2201) only.
The driver binds the buttons through a Control4 interface that is not publicly documented, so re-test the remote after an OS update.
