Removes Odoo branding from the website, portal, login, backend and outgoing email.
Odoo puts its own name on the website footer, the customer portal, the login page, outgoing emails and the backend. Some of it is easy to miss: a new employee's welcome email can arrive as an advertisement for the software, sent over your name.
This module removes the vendor's name from everything a user of the system or a customer sees, in every installed app, including apps installed later. It removes; it does not rebrand. Nothing is replaced with another vendor's name, and where Odoo is the subject of a sentence the sentence says "the system".
Removal is careful rather than blunt. The unit of removal is a phrase, a sentence or a block, never a bare word, so no sentence is left half finished. Text you have edited yourself is left alone, every value the module writes is recorded with the value it replaced and can be restored, and a self-check reports anything left over.

Yes. Every value the module writes is listed with the value it replaced and can be restored from the list. Uninstalling restores every written value that nobody has changed since.
No. It removes the vendor's name and puts nothing in its place. Your company name and logo appear only where Odoo would otherwise show its own, such as the browser tab and the installed-app icon.
No. Only Odoo's own text is changed. Text you have edited, and text from third-party modules, whose licences often require attribution, is never touched.
